Summary

Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Northamptonshire – Global Facilities Management Organisation

CBW Staffing Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a leading Facilities Management organisation for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineers to support a large portfolio of production, warehouse, and office facilities.

This is a great opportunity for electrically qualified engineers seeking a varied role, combining work at a major Northampton site with mobile maintenance across commercial and industrial locations. Successful candidates will be based around the Northampton area and must be comfortable with regional travel.

This role will involve spending three or 2 days per week at the Northampton site, with the remaining days supporting the wider portfolio on a mobile basis.

Package

- Competitive salary of £42,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

- Company van and fuel card

- Monday to Friday working pattern (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

- Carry out planned preventative maintenance on electrical building services

equipment - Respond to reactive breakdowns and complete repairs in a timely manner

- Diagnose electrical faults and implement effective solutions

- Complete electrical testing, inspections, and associated certification

- Undertake minor installation and improvement works

- Ensure all maintenance records and job reports are completed accurately

- Identify additional works and report any compliance or asset concerns

- Build strong relationships with clients and site teams

- Participate in a call-out

Requirements

- NVQ Level 3 City & Guilds or equivalent Electrical qualification

- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

- Experience working within Facilities Management, Building Services, or Commercial Maintenance

- Full UK Driving Licence
