Duties of a Mobile Plant Engineer:

- Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of plant equipment, including pumps, diggers, dumpers, skimmers, and trailers

- Report to site early in the morning for inspections and maintenance tasks

- Keep accurate records of all service and repair activities as a Mobile Plant Engineer

- Assist with on-site diagnostics and repairs during breakdowns

- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding technical issues and work progress

Requirements of a Mobile Plant Engineer:

- Proven experience as a Plant Mechanic or in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of plant equipment, including pumps and diggers

- Valid driving licence with the ability to operate a company van

- Flexibility to cover different sites as required

- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in plant engineering or mechanics
