Full Job title: Inclusion Behaviour Mentor
You are someone who has strong academic skills, and who can worksensitively with pupils from a wide range of diverse backgrounds andreligions. We are a ‘Catholic School For All’, and that will be at the heartof everything you do.
To support the Catholic ethos of the school, and to safeguard the wellbeing of pupils in school.
To enable inclusion pupils to make progress with their standards ofattainment, achievement and where relevant, personal development.
To liaise with subject staff and effectively deploy and manage resourcesand monitor and support progress of these pupils.
To support teaching and inclusion by running sessions in The Ark/SaintFrancis’ Centre.
To be flexible and work as an inclusion team and undertake any otherduties as requested by line managers.
