Based in the heart of the city, the team is responsible for delivering statutory social work functions in line with the Care Act 2014. In addition to its neighbourhood responsibilities, the team leads on Care Act duties for HMP Forest Bank and St Joseph’s Approved Premises. The team also provides specialist support to individuals with complex physical disabilities living within the Pendleway Housing Scheme, working in partnership with a range of agencies to promote independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes. We are committed to putting people at the heart of everything we do, delivering compassionate, inclusive, and outcome-focused support that helps individuals thrive within their communities.
