Your new company

Our client, HMP Stoke Heath, is looking for a Maintenance Plumber to start asap. The position is initially temporary with the potential to be permanent. The role involves working from Monday to Friday and also does involve some weekend work on a shift pattern.

Your new role

Plumber duties include:

Routine and non-routine maintenance

Fault-finding

Identification of life expired equipment

Check, repair and make good faults and life expired equipment

Inspections, water sampling and risk assessment

Main water supply repairs

Ensure all works are carried out to the highest safety standards and to agreed method statements

Minimise wastage and continually improve processes

Ensure statutory work is carried out on time and that work is compliant

What you'll need to succeed

A clean criminal record and experience of a similar position.
