Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic Transport Operator to join our team. This position will be working within the transport team and will involve all aspects of the transport administration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Organising: Completing daily transport administration tasks, raising PO's, scanning and filing of transport information.

Freight Management: Ensuring timings and information of TMS jobs are entered into the internal systems and that they are up to date.

Driver Management: Daily debriefs for drivers.

Resource Utilisation: Maximising the use of resources to ensure scanning and filing are accurate.

Communication: Handling queries via email, phone, and face-to-face.

KPI Production: Assisting in the production of KPIs and daily statistics.

Team Collaboration: Promoting positive relationships and offering support.

Required Experience:

Previous administration experience working within the Transport and Logistics industry is desirable.

Ability to communicate at all levels.

Strong geographical knowledge of the UK.

Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail is critical to work towards daily deadlines.

Able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
