Summary

Key duties and responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive cost reporting, CVR, forecasting, and cashflow management.

Oversee change control and variation valuation in high-tempo environments.

Manage procurement and package administration, with a focus on CSA and MEP.

Administer contracts, primarily JCT and occasionally NEC.

Negotiate with subcontractors and ensure final account close-out.

Maintain strong stakeholder management across clients, PMs, design, and site teams.
