Summary
Warehouse Picker - Tickhill
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Picker to work with a leading logistics company in Tickhill. This role involves general warehouse duties, including picking products using MHE equipment such as HLOP, PPT, and LLOP.
Shift patterns:
* Working any 5 days out of 7.
* Rotating weekly shifts: 06.00-14.00 and 14.00-22.00.
* 30-minute unpaid break per shift.
* Weekend work required as part of the rotation.
* Total of 37.5 hours per week.
Pay rates:
* 13.22 GBP hourly.
Essential requirements for Warehouse Picker:
* Must be able to work full time, 37.5 hours per week.
* Must be able to work any 5 days out of 7.
* Physically fit for manual handling of products up to 20 litres.
* Must be able to commute to the site in Tickhill (own transport preferred, though public transport is available from Doncaster).
* Confident in learning to operate HLOP and PPT equipment.
Desirable requirements for Warehouse Picker:
* Previous experience with MHE equipment such as PPT, LLOP, HLOP, Reach Truck, or VNA.
* Strong team player with good communication skills.
* Ability to work independently when required.
* Commitment to site Health and Safety rules and clean-as-you-go policies.
Role for Warehouse Picker:
* Picking products using scanners and MHE equipment.
* Manual handling of stock ranging from 500g to 20 litres.
* Loading and unloading warehouse goods.
* General warehouse duties as required.
