Summary

Location: Civic Centre, Arnold but with regular travel to Carlton Forum, Calverton Leisure Centre and Arnold Leisure Centre.

Hours of work will mainly be Monday to Friday but occasional evenings and weekends may be needed to support the needs of the business.

If you bring experience in pool programming, swimming lesson development, staff training and financial performance, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a lasting difference across our facilities and local communities.

No two days will be the same in this varied and influential role. You’ll bring together service development, commercial growth, workforce leadership and community partnerships to shape our swim scheme and unlock the full potential of our pools. Using insight, creativity and fresh ideas, you’ll enhance the customer journey, build lasting participation and ensure our resources and budgets deliver maximum impact.

You’ll be a natural communicator who enjoys building positive relationships with colleagues, partners and communities across our facilities. Comfortable working with information from leisure management and corporate systems, you’ll turn data into clear recommendations, engage a wide range of audiences and make confident business decisions that move our aquatics offer forward.
