We are currently recruiting for an experienced 2391 Electrician to join a busy social housing maintenance contractor covering domestic properties across the area.This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician with testing and inspection experience looking for long-term, ongoing work within the social housing sector.
Your new role
- Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) in occupied and void social housing properties.
- Fault finding, diagnostics, and remedial works.
- Testing and inspection of domestic electrical installations.
- Completing certification and compliance documentation accurately.
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with current BS7671 regulations.
- Working professionally within tenants' homes and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations on site.
What you'll need to succeed
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Previous experience within social housing, domestic maintenance, or property services.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
