Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a

Counterbalance FLT Driver / Production Operative to join a busy food business in

Dunkeswell, near Honiton.

This is a varied, hands-on

night shift role, with forklift driving making up around

15% of the working day. There are generally two FLT drivers on duty, so you will be expected to work wherever needed across the production operation.

Training will be provided on day shifts, 6am-4pm.

What We Offer

£18.47 per hour.

£27.70 per hour overtime.

Monday-Thursday, 4pm-2am.

4-day working week.

Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday off.

Training on day shifts, 6am-4pm.

Temporary to permanent opportunity.

Key Duties

Drive a Counterbalance FLT when required.

Build pallets and move stock.

Wash IBCs.

Complete paperwork and checks.

Move stock and raw materials in and out of the unit.

Support production and the wider team with other duties as required.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and housekeeping.

Requirements

Valid Counterbalance FLT licence.

Recent FLT experience.

Excellent attention to detail - essential in a food business.

Flexible, reliable and willing to get involved across the operation.

Own transport is essential due to the location.
