You will join as a Food and Beverage Assistant, delivering warm, attentive hospitality and supporting seamless service across our Food & Beverage areas. Here, your contribution will help create memorable moments for every guest while developing your skills in a supportive and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests at all times
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar
• Serve food and drinks in line with brand standards
• Set up and clear tables, maintaining cleanliness and presentation
• Support events, meetings, and private dining service
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist guests confidently
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient service
Person Specification
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High standards of personal presentation
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
