As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you'll become part of a friendly and supportive team that's dedicated to creating positive early years experiences for every child.
What We're Looking For
Full and relevant
Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
Previous experience working within an early years setting.
Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
A caring, enthusiastic, and nurturing approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Your Role
Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
Plan and provide engaging activities that promote children's confidence, independence, and development.
Encourage children's curiosity through play-based learning and free-flow indoor and outdoor experiences.
Support children as they develop the social, emotional, and practical skills needed for school.
Observe, assess, and record children's progress to support their individual learning journeys.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
