Summary

Delivery of the key objectives of this role will include: Creating and maintaining detailed registers and logs using Excel spreadsheets and other database systems. Maintaining highly organised electronic files, with clear referencing and version control. Presenting findings and updates to managers in a clear, concise and impartial manner. Liaising with internal and external individuals and organisations, electronically and verbally. Chasing information and documentation. Carrying out assessments and audits, within own scope of competence and/or alongside other members of the team (e.g., assisting the Infection Prevention Control lead to carry out IPC audits). Assisting other members of the team to track and keep on top of actions and outcomes. Reading through information/documentation received and conveying key information to relevant person(s) within the Practice.
