Summary
The Best Connection are currently recruiting
HGV Class 2 Drivers for our client based in
Knowsley.
This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced and
newly qualified Class 2 drivers, with full training, ongoing support, and a permanent position available.
The Role
- Multi-drop delivery of beer kegs and alcohol products
- Deliveries to various hospitality outlets across the North West
- Operating Class 2 vehicles as part of a busy distribution operation
- Heavy lifting involved, with a dedicated porter provided to assist with deliveries
- Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations
Shift Patterns
- Tuesday- Saturday OR Sunday- Thursday working weeks
- Start time: 07:30
- Average finish time: 18:00
- Average 50 hours per week
Training & Support
- Full driver induction provided
- Comprehensive training programme
- Initial week working alongside an experienced driver
Pay & Benefits
- £15.82 per hour
- 28 days per year holiday accrual
- Temporary to permanent position
- Regular, full-time hours

Requirements
- Valid Category C (Class 2) Licence
- Valid CPC Qualification Card
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to undertake a physically demanding role
