Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the sale and rental of properties, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Your strong communication skills and organisational abilities will be essential in managing client relationships and property listings effectively.

Duties

Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information about available properties.

Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve satisfactory agreements.

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market, including trends and pricing.

Prepare marketing materials for properties, including photographs, descriptions, and online listings.

Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, updating databases, and responding to client inquiries.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and lettings.

Full UK Driving License with a car is compulsory.

Experience

Previous administrative experience is highly desirable.

Strong communication skills are essential for effective negotiation and client interaction.

Multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling you to cater to a diverse clientele.
