Summary
Position -General Labourer
Company - L.E Pickles & Son Ltd
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team at L.E Pickles & Son Ltd.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is physically fit, practical, and willing to get stuck in. Previous labouring experience is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided for the right person.
The Role
Your day-to-day duties will include:
Assisting skilled tradespeople and the wider team
Loading, unloading and moving materials
Keeping work areas clean, tidy and organised
Using basic hand tools and equipment
Carrying out general labouring and site duties
Helping with deliveries and general site tasks
Carrying out any other reasonable duties required to support the team
About You -
We are looking for someone who:
Is reliable, punctual and hardworking
Has a positive attitude and good work ethic
Is physically fit and comfortable with manual work
Can follow instructions and work well as part of a team
Takes pride in their work
Has a willingness to learn new skills
Has previous labouring or construction experience (preferred, but not essential)
A full UK driving licence would be an advantage but not essential.
