Are you a hands-on HR professional who loves solving people challenges and using data to drive better business decisions?

We're looking for an experienced

HR Advisor to join our clients HR team and play a pivotal role in supporting managers, resolving employee relations matters, and providing valuable people insights across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We're particularly interested in HR professionals with strong

Employee Relations expertise who enjoy managing complex caseloads while also using HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities, reduce risk, and support business performance.

Working closely with the HR Manager, you'll provide practical, hands-on support across the full employee lifecycle, helping managers navigate people matters confidently while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.

What You'll Be Doing;

Employee Relations

Employee Relations will be a key focus of this role. You'll:

• Manage a varied ER caseload including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, probation and flexible working matters

• Lead and support workplace investigations from start to finish

• Provide expert guidance to managers on employment law and HR best practice

• Prepare for and attend disciplinary, grievance and appeal hearings

• Coach managers to build confidence in handling people matters effectively

• Promote proactive and informal resolutions wherever possible

• Ensure all cases are managed fairly, consistently and in line with legislation and company policies

Data, Reporting & HR Insights

We're looking for someone who is not only people-focused but also data-driven. You'll:

• Produce and analyse HR reports and people metrics

• Monitor trends in absence, turnover, employee relations activity and engagement

• Use data to identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement

• Provide meaningful insights that support business decision-making

• Help develop reports and dashboards that drive action and improve organisational performance

HR Operations

• Build trusted relationships with managers and employees across the business

• Support recruitment, onboarding and probation processes

• Prepare contracts, offer letters and employee correspondence

• Maintain accurate HR records and systems

• Assist with policy reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

• Support employee engagement and wellbeing programmes

What We're Looking For;

• Previous experience in a HR Advisor role with significant Employee Relations responsibility

• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice

• Proven experience managing complex ER cases from investigation through to outcome

• Confident advising and influencing managers at all levels

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present HR data

• Experience producing HR reports and identifying trends

• Minimum of CIPD Level 3 qualified
