Summary

Warehouse Supervisor / Assistant Team Leader

We’re looking for an experienced

Warehouse Supervisor / Assistant Team Leader to support the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse operation.

2 SHIFT OPTIONS AVAILABLE - 4 ON 4 OFF 6.00AM-18.00PM & MONDAY - FRIDAY 22.00PM-6.00AM

This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse leadership experience who enjoys being hands-on, motivating a team and keeping operations running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the daily running of the warehouse

• Supervising, motivating and coordinating warehouse staff

• Ensuring workloads are completed safely and on time

• Monitoring team performance and helping resolve operational issues

• Supporting staff training, coaching and development

• Managing cover for absence and changing workloads

• Maintaining excellent

Health & Safety, HACCP and housekeeping standards

• Helping drive improvements in productivity, quality and customer service

• Deputising for management when required

What we’re looking for:

• Previous

warehouse supervisory/team leader experience

• Confident leading and motivating a team

• Strong organisation and problem-solving skills

• Good attention to detail

• Comfortable working to deadlines in a busy environment

• Good communication skills

• PC literate, including

Word, Excel and Outlook

• Flexible approach to shifts and workload

• Ambition to develop and progress

Temporary to permanent opporunity
