Summary

We are a friendly wellness and massage clinic located in the heart of Leeds City Centre. We provide massage, relaxation, wellness and complementary therapy services in a welcoming and professional environment.

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Massage Therapist to join our growing team.

Experience is preferred but not essential. We welcome applications from newly qualified therapists, school or college graduates, apprentices, and individuals looking to start or develop a career in the wellness industry. Training and ongoing support can be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage and wellness treatments to clients

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a friendly, welcoming attitude

• Follow company procedures, treatment protocols and management instructions

• Maintain a clean, safe and professional treatment environment

• Prepare treatment rooms between clients

• Assist with general clinic cleanliness and presentation

• Ensure clients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
