Summary

Assembly Operative

• Accrington, BB5

• Rate: £15.29 per hour

• Days of work: Monday to Friday (shifts, 6/2 & 2/10)

• Term: Temporary ongoing based on performance and attendance

The role:

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in the Accrington area who are looking to recruit warehouse assemblers / operatives.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Using power tools to assembly various items.

• Reading and following assembly instructions or build sheets

• Quality-checking all products to ensure functionality and safety

• Safely handling and moving parts within the workshop

• Keeping your work area clean, organised, and hazard-free

• Working to daily production targets as part of a supportive team

• You must have a strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude

• Good attention to detail and pride in your work

• Reliable and punctual, with a willingness to learn

• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team

Hours of work will be:

• Week 1: Monday – Friday, 6am – 2pm

• Week 2: Monday – Friday, 2pm – 10pm
