Location: Kenilworth

Rate: £26.17 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time | Long-Term Contract

Start Date: Immediate Start Available

MSS Infrastructure are currently recruiting an experienced

Working Foreman to join a major

HS2 structures project in Kenilworth.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate site operatives working on structural activities.

Lead the team and allocate daily tasks effectively.

Assist with hands-on construction activities when required.

Oversee structural works including concrete, shuttering, reinforcement and associated works.

Read and work from drawings, specifications and construction information.

Ensure works are completed to the required quality and programme.

Coordinate with Site Managers, Engineers, subcontractors and other trades.

Monitor site progress and report any issues or delays.

Ensure RAMS and site procedures are followed at all times.

Carry out regular checks to ensure safe working practices are maintained.

Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.

Complete daily briefings and communicate instructions clearly to the workforce.

Requirements

Previous experience as a

Working Foreman / Foreman within construction or civil engineering.

Strong experience working on

structures projects.

Good knowledge of concrete, reinforcement and shuttering works.

Ability to read and understand construction drawings.

Previous experience supervising and leading a site team.

Strong understanding of health and safety requirements.

Good communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Relevant

CSCS Gold / Black

card.

SMSTS and First Aid Certificate required

Previous HS2 or major infrastructure experience is highly desirable.
