Summary
Floor Assistant – Full-Time
Total Asia Food Limited is looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking Floor Assistant to join our team in Newport.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, is comfortable working in a busy retail and warehouse environment, and can work flexibly as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Operate the cash register and process customer payments accurately.
Provide friendly and helpful customer service.
Re-shelve and organise products to maintain a clean and well-presented store.
Assist with stock replenishment and general stock duties.
Help receive, move and organise deliveries when required.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the retail and warehouse areas.
Follow company procedures relating to health, safety and security.
Assist colleagues with general day-to-day store duties.
Provide a welcoming and positive experience for customers.
