Summary

Location: Llanberis & Ffestiniog

Duration: 6–7 weeks initially, with potential for further work

Start: Immediate / ASAP

Rate: £25 per hour

We are looking for an experienced Working Foreman / Permit Holder to oversee and carry out a range of maintenance and civils works across two sites - Llanberis & Ffestiniog.

The Role:

This is a hands-on role, combining site supervision, subcontractor coordination, and practical maintenance/civils of work.

• Dam painting and general maintenance

• Gully clearance and drainage works

• Duct installation

• Concrete base installation

• Path and vegetation clearance

• Trench reinstatement

• Manhole construction

• Wall repairs

• Drain installation and clearance

• General civils and maintenance works

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out hands-on maintenance and civils works

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors

• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard

• Coordinate daily activities with the existing site team

• Manage permits and comply with site procedures

• Monitor progress and identify any issues on site

• Maintain good communication with the site management team

• Ensure health & safety requirements are followed at all times

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card – essential

• Previous experience as a Working Foreman, Site Supervisor or similar

• Experience within civils, construction, maintenance or infrastructure environments

• Good understanding of site health & safety requirements

• Ability to supervise subcontractors and manage works on site

• Practical, hands-on approach

• Reliable and able to work across both Dinorwig and Ffestiniog sites

• Good communication and organisational skills
