Summary

Nursery Practitioners – Witney, Oxford, Carterton & Surrounding Areas.

We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Early Years professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding childcare.

Role Details

• Location: Witney, Oxford, Carterton & Surrounding Areas.

• Contract: Ongoing (3–5 days per week). Guaranteed salary with a minimum 3-day weekly commitment.

• Flexible Hours: Full days (minimum 8 hours)

• Between Monday and Friday

• Pay: Up to £582.80 per week (including holiday pay). This is based on a 40-hour week.

• Work Type: Flexible bank work

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care and learning for children aged 0–5 within the EYFS framework.

• Create safe, stimulating, and inclusive environments

• Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies

What We're Looking For:

You must meet one of the following:

• Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised)

• EYPS, EYTS, PGCE, or QTS with Early Years/EYFS experience
