Summary

Vehicle Technician- Leicester

£46,295 basic | £50,000+ OTE (time saved, team profit, CSI bonus) 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays | Life assurance & pension | Technician discounts & lifestyle perks Full-time | 45 hours per week (Mon–Fri 8am–5pm, 1 in 4 Sat 8am–1pm)

We welcome Vehicle Technicians from all automotive brands who want to step into a premium environment with modern tools, structured training and a clear path to progress — including Diagnostic Technician development.

The Opportunity – Vehicle Technician / Diagnostic Technician

You’ll join a high‑performing aftersales team in a well‑equipped workshop with 16 ramps and a strong group of 11 experienced Technicians, including long‑standing team members with deep product knowledge who are always happy to support.

You’ll have access to OEM training, online learning, development programmes and on‑site coaching — giving you everything you need to progress through technical levels and stay ahead of the latest technologies, including EV.

What You’ll Do

- Carry out complex diagnostic, warranty and repair work to manufacturer standards.

- Complete EV tasks (if qualified) and hydraulic repairs safely and efficiently.

- Use advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve hard‑to‑find faults.

- Support Apprentice Technicians with guidance and development.

What We’re Looking For

- Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) plus a recognised Diagnostic qualification.

- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Diagnostic Technician preferred, though brand‑qualified candidates will also be considered.

- Strong teamwork, process discipline and high standards of safety and quality.

- Ambition to progress — ongoing manufacturer training provided, including EV and hybrid accreditation.
