This is a permanent, daytime position paying £17 per hour.Key responsibilitiesDrive and operate an HGV Class 2 volumetric mixer vehicleDeliver concrete to scheduled locations across Bristol and surrounding areasComplete vehicle checks and report any defects or maintenance issuesFollow delivery instructions, site procedures and relevant legal requirementsSafely discharge and manage concrete at the delivery pointMaintain accurate delivery records and communicate effectively with the transport and site teamsKeep the vehicle clean and presentableSkills and qualificationsPrevious experience as a concrete driver or volumetric mixer driverAppropriate HGV Class 2 driving entitlementValid Driver CPC and digital tachograph cardGood knowledge of safe vehicle operation and daily checksReliable, punctual and customer-focused approachAbility to work independently while following delivery schedulesGood communication skills and a professional mannerWillingness to follow site safety procedures and work around construction environmentsBenefits£17 per hourPaid
