Summary
- Install, maintain and fault-find electrical and control systems.
- Complete electrical installations involving lighting, power, containment, conduit and trunking.
- Install and terminate control wiring and cabling to a high standard.
- Assist with BMS and heating control system installation, modification and commissioning.
- Work from electrical drawings, wiring schematics and control panel diagrams.
- Diagnose faults involving pumps, valves, motors, sensors and heating controls.
- Complete planned maintenance and reactive work on HVAC and building services equipment.
- Test and inspect electrical systems for safety and compliance.
- Work alongside engineers and other trades to complete projects efficiently.
- Complete job sheets, testing documentation and site reports accurately.
- Follow electrical regulations and health and safety requirements.
