This luxury care home provides residential, nursing and dementia care for older adults, with thoughtfully designed spaces that combine comfort, quality and practicality around residents' individual needs. The home is focused on creating an environment where residents feel genuinely at home while receiving safe, compassionate and highly personalised care.
We're looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager who can bring confident leadership to the service, support and develop the team and ensure excellent standards are reflected across every aspect of the home.
Previous management experience within a nursing home supporting older adults and people living with dementia is essential.
The Experience We're Looking For
Proven experience as a
Registered Nursing Home Manager is essential.
Strong experience managing services for
older adults, including nursing and dementia care.
Ideally
RGN or RMN qualified with an active NMC registration.
Experienced non-nurse managers with a relevant
Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification may also be considered.
Strong knowledge of
CQC regulations, inspections and quality standards.
Good understanding of dementia care and the complexities associated with supporting older adults.
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk management and person-centred care.
Commercial awareness with the ability to effectively manage budgets, staffing and occupancy.

Opportunity to lead a

Setting the Standard Across the Home
Provide visible and supportive leadership across the home.
Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate and person-centred residential, nursing and dementia care.
Maintain strong standards of CQC compliance and regulatory practice.
Lead on continuous improvement and ensure quality remains consistently high.
Oversee care planning, risk management and clinical governance.
Recruit, retain and develop a skilled and motivated team.
Support senior colleagues to strengthen leadership throughout the service.
Create a positive culture where colleagues feel valued, supported and accountable.
Build trusted relationships with residents and their families.
Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and external agencies.
Monitor staffing levels and ensure resources are used effectively.
Manage budgets and support the home's occupancy and overall commercial performance.
All appointments are subject to satisfactory references, an enhanced DBS check, verification of the right to work in the UK, and any other pre-employment checks required for the role. For nurse-qualified applicants, this will include verification of NMC registration.
