Job Description:
Your responsibilities will include:
Emergency Call Handling
Fire Alarm Management
Aerodrome Emergencies
Emergency Services & Agency Coordination
Out-of-Hours Emergency Calls
CCTV Monitoring
CCTV & Incident Investigations
Training & Development
Additional Duties:
-Complete other duties and responsibilities as requested by your Supervisor or Manager
Essential Skills
-The right to work in the UK and a 5-year checkable history
-A valid SIA CCTV licence - (desirable)
-1-2 years' experience working within a Security Operations Centre / Control Room environment - (desirable)
-The ability and willingness to obtain a high level of security clearance
-Current UK Driving License (no endorsements)
-Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends, including occasional short-notice operational requirements
-Excellent computer skills
-The ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team
-Strong knowledge of security operations and procedures
-The ability to produce accurate logs, reports and routine correspondence
-Excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills
-Confidence, professionalism and absolute integrity at all times
-A willingness to embrace new training, development opportunities and changes in working practices Willing to undergo any relevant training, work weekends and 12-hour shifts.
-Encourage a high standard of Customer Care, advise and assist stakeholders on
general enquiries and promote a positive and professional image of Mitie.
