Summary

Location: Nottingham City Centre

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm (with some flexibility required)

Have you got what it takes to deliver an exceptional customer service to our client?

Working as part of our Mitie on-site facilities team within the cleaning and catering function, you'll provide an excellent level of customer service to our on-site client.

Responsibilities include

-Cleaning of kitchenettes, coffee machines, worktops, sinks, and other areas across various floors

-Checking and emptying bins

-Replenishing supplies such as tea bags, sugar, coffee, and stirrers

-Check and replenish vending and snack machines, coffee beans and milk in the coffee machines

-Load, switch on, and unload dishwashers, and

-Collect cups from all floors that have been taken from the café and other floors but not returned

-Respond quickly and efficiently to ad hoc requests such as cleaning up spills or taking away refuse

You may also assist in the café and deli bar on an ad hoc basis, with full training provided.

It is essential to ensure that equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order. You will work as part of a team while also using your own initiative, building positive and productive working relationships with colleagues and customers, delivering excellent customer service, and continuously seeking ways to improve and exceed expectations.

You will have an eye for detail and have a high awareness of Health and Safety requirements. You should also be prepared to undergo training on all cleaning equipment, materials, and approved chemicals used within the premises.

In order to be successful in this role you will need to have previous cleaning experience and have a flexible approach to the role. You will need to be open, honest, self-driven and determined as well as reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
