Summary

We are currently recruiting

experienced Production Operatives to join our busy client based in

Telford, TF1. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous factory, production or packing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing quality work.

You'll be part of a hardworking production team, helping to ensure products are packed accurately, checked to a high standard and ready for dispatch.

What You'll Be Doing:

Your role will be varied and hands-on, including:

• Packing products accurately and ensuring the correct quantities are prepared.

• Carrying out quality checks and removing any faulty or damaged products.

• Boxing products ready for inspection and the next stage of production.

• Operating a range of production machinery safely and efficiently.

• Moving and handling materials within the production and warehouse areas.

• Carrying out routine machinery checks and reporting any issues.

• Using basic maths for measurements, quantities and production calculations.

• Working closely with your colleagues to hit daily production targets and deadlines.

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for people who are

reliable, switched-on and take pride in their work.

Candidates will ideally have:

• Previous factory or manufacturing experience.

• Previous production or packing experience.

• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.

• Materials handling or warehouse experience would be advantageous.

• Good attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality when working at pace.

• A practical approach to problem-solving.

• The ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

• A strong commitment to health & safety and quality standards.

• The flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern.

The Shifts:

This is a

weekly rotating shift pattern, so you must be available to work

all three shifts:

• 07:00–15:00

• 15:00–23:00

• 23:00–07:00

• Monday to Friday

Pay

• £13.10 per hour – all shifts
