Job Title: Structural Heart MDT Co-ordinator 

Contract Type: Fixed Term 

Fixed Term Contract End Date: July 2027

Purpose for Fixed Term: Maternity / Shared Parental / adoption Leave Backfill

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in our specialist structural heart team offers an alternative treatment option for patients who have been deemed unsuitable for conventional open heart surgery. 

This role is to cover our current MDT co-ordinator maternity leave, to ensure a seamless administrative process for our patients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for

Coordinate the clinical MDT meeting (patient list) from clinical and administrative sources in an 

electronic format.

Liaising with other organisations as necessary to ensure completeness of patient information for  clinical and data purposes. 

Appropriately manage and maintain records which could be of a sensitive nature.

We are looking in an ideal candidate 

Experience of dealing with non-routine and complex problems and progress chasing

Proficient with the use of Microsoft office.
