Summary

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in designated work areas within documented cleaning schedules, as well as ad hoc duties as requested by your duty supervisor Maintaining high standards of hygiene, kitchen and personal Utensil and crockery processing duties using mechanical dishwasher Operation of heavy duty floor cleaning equipment Basic preparation and cooking of food items hot sandwiches, hot snacks, chips etc in a food safe manner Recording of food temperatures Recording fridge/freezer temperatures Monitoring fridges/chilled units and ensuring food are within use by date Reporting faults, accidents and adverse incidents Service of food to customers Replenishing and merchandising all food display units and maintaining appropriate records Demonstrating excellent customer care skills, courtesy and politeness Adhering at all times to all Trust Policies and procedures
