The Role:

To be totally

customer focused by consistently delivering

excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.

Ensuring all meeting and events rooms are well presented, clean and stocked with supplies

Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience is delivered

Provide support for events, such as assisting with last minute changes, guest queries or technical support

Ensure all equipment is set up correctly
