Summary
We are pleased to announce we have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Support Worker.

At our service in St Austell, we support adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge.

30 hours per week. Shifts will include earlies, lates, sleep-ins (occasional) and weekends.

What you’ll be doing:
Providing proactive, positive and caring support to adults living at our service.
Enabling people to learn new skills towards living more independently.
Assisting and providing individuals with support for their emotional and practical needs.
Personal care.
Working effectively as part of a team.
Be a part of developing and implementing person centred care plans.
Taking part in the chosen activities of the people we support.
Shifts will include earlies, lates, sleep-ins (occasional) and weekends. Bank holiday working is also required.
