Summary
We are currently recruiting for a hardworking and reliable FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team based in Tipton (DY4).
This is a hands-on role combining forklift truck operation with a range of manual warehouse duties. The successful candidate will be safety-focused, physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
. Safely operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to load, unload and move goods around the warehouse.
. Load products onto vehicles in line with company procedures and health and safety standards.
. Carry out general warehouse duties including handling, sorting and moving stock.
. Complete demolition of non-returnable products following company procedures.
. Assist with receiving, storing and organising materials within the warehouse.
. Complete quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods.
. Use warehouse systems accurately to record stock movements and maintain inventory records.
. Maintain excellent housekeeping standards to ensure a clean, safe and organised working environment.
. Report any health and safety concerns, damaged equipment or operational issues.
. Support the wider warehouse team with additional duties as required.
Pay & Benefits:
. £13.49 per hour.
. Full-time, ongoing position.
. Regular Monday to Friday working hours.
