Summary
Elite Retail Security Supervisor
Location: Mobile role (we are hiring nationally across a number of regions)
Pay Rate: £17.44
Hours: 45 hours
Shift Pattern: Various (may include weekends)
SIA DS or CP Licence required. Full UK driving licence also essential as this role requires you to travel.
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Elite Retail Security Supervisor to join our team.
This role is ideally suited to individuals who have a proven background in retail security, loss prevention, and shrinkage reduction. We are looking for confident professionals who can ensure operational best practice and compliance across a wider team, with strengths in data and performance analysis.
Your Responsibilities
As an Elite Security Supervisor, you will:
- Serve as the primary operational liaison, managing operational escalations and strategic communications.
- Enforce strict adherence to standard operating procedures across all deployments and conduct regular incident reviews.
- Analyse incident logs and body-worn camera data to identify operational gaps and lead metric performance reviews.
- Support high priority investigations.
- Collaborate with the client's security hub to turn around underperforming units, maximising the client's return.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) or Close Protection (CP) licence
- Previous loss prevention or retail crime prevention experience at supervisory level.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills
- Acute situational awareness
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A professional, smart, and highly presentable approach
