Summary

We are pleased to announce we have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Support Worker.

Heathfield Gardens is a residential care home located in Tibshelf for up to 11 adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

As a Support Worker with Potens, you’ll do more than just work a shift, you’ll help create joy, independence, and new opportunities for the people we support.

What we’ll give you:

We will ensure you are rewarded for all your hard work, which is why we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes, but is not limited to:

£13.50 per hour.

35 hours per week – shifts will include 7 am - 2 pm, 2 pm - 9 pm and waking nights 9 pm - 7 am. Weekend working is required on a rota basis.
