Summary

Location: Hybrid Working – Haverfordwest Office / Home Working

Salary: £26,446 per annum pro rata

Hours: 15 hours per week

Length of Contract: Fixed Team contract until 31 March 2029

Join Carers Trust Crossroads West Wales as Short Breaks Carer Officer. The ‘Time Together’ project and Short Breaks Carer Officer will target and support carers in Pembrokeshire providing more than 50 hours of care a week by offering personalised, flexible, and responsive short breaks. Carers will be supported to access microgrants to fund short break opportunities with friends or family and self-care activities to improve their health and wellbeing and quality of life.
