Summary
Titan Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for Class 2 HGV Drivers to join a busy furniture delivery operation based in Rochester.
This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced and newly qualified Class 2 Drivers looking for full-time work with a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position.
Working as part of a two-person delivery crew, you will be responsible for delivering flat pack furniture directly to customers. This is a physically active role involving lifting and carrying, alongside providing excellent customer service at every delivery location.
Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday
• Minimum of 48 hours per week
• Start times between 04:00am and 06:00am
Pay Rate:
• £18.25 per hour
• Temp to Perm opportunity

Responsibilities:
Safely operate a Class 2 HGV vehicle.
Work as part of a two-person delivery crew.
Deliver flat pack furniture directly to customers.
Assist with loading and unloading goods.
Carry out lifting and manual handling duties safely.
Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
Provide excellent customer service at all delivery locations.
Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
Follow all road transport legislation and company procedures.
Maintain a professional and reliable approach at all times.
Requirements:
Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card.
Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
Good customer service skills.
Reliable and professional approach to work.
Comfortable with physical delivery work and manual handling.
Newly passed Class 2 Drivers are welcome to apply.
Assessment Process:
Assessment slots are available as soon as possible, with immediate starts available for successful candidates.
The assessment will include:
Driving assessment.
Drug and alcohol test.
Working Time Directive test.
Benefits:
£18.25 per hour.
