Responsibilities
Provide expert legal advice and guidance on complex property transactions and issues.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of property-related contracts and agreements.
Manage and oversee property conveyancing processes ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and other legal professionals to facilitate successful outcomes.
Conduct thorough due diligence and research on property titles, liens, and regulations.
Represent clients in property disputes, settlements, and negotiations as required.
Mentor and support junior solicitors and legal staff to enhance team capability and knowledge.
Stay updated with changes in property law and implement best practices within the team.
