Summary

Sous Chef required for this Coastal Hotel / Village Inn, the Head Chef is looking for somebody that can help with the daily running of the kitchen on a daily basis, cooking with fresh seasonal ingredients with the menus changing throughout the year using fresh local and seasonal ingredients

The menus offer a good mix of classic and modern Brasserie dishes and chef is happy for somebody to suggest menu ideas and explore new dishes

The experienced Head Chef is happy to teach kitchen management skills such as costing and menu development but it is essential that you have previous cooking experience

Candidates will need to live in the Aldeburgh, Saxmundham, Leiston, Wickham Market or Possibly Framlingham area with their own transport if required

Benefits

Base Salary from £35,000 (depending upon experience)
