Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable Main Dealer in Northampton for the position of Aftersales Manager. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive professional to lead and develop a busy aftersales department, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer service.

Duties of the Aftersales Manager:

- Oversee all aspects of the aftersales department, including service, parts, and warranty

- Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through high standards of service delivery

- Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and profitability

- Manage, motivate, and train a team of aftersales staff to achieve departmental goals

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

- Monitor departmental KPIs and prepare performance reports

Requirements of the Aftersales Manager:

- Proven experience in an aftersales management role within the automotive industry

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- In-depth understanding of automotive aftersales operations

- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to high standards of service delivery

- Full UK driving license
