We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable automotive organisation in Croydon for the position of a New Car Sales Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated experienced professional to lead a high-performing sales team within a well-established dealership. The New Car Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, maximising profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic automotive environment.

Duties of the Car Sales Manager:

- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

- Manage departmental budgets to ensure profitability

- Deliver outstanding customer service and foster strong customer relationships

- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales staff

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise new car sales

- Monitor sales KPIs and prepare performance reports

- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and company policies

Requirements of the Car Sales Manager:

- Proven experience as a New Car Sales Manager or similar senior sales role within the automotive sector

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Results-driven with a focus on target achievement

- Knowledge of automotive retail processes and customer service standards

- Valid UK driving licence
