Shifts: Rotating shifts – 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm

Hours: Full-time

Start Date: Immediate starts available

Rapier Employment are currently recruiting Warehouse Administrators to join the team at Coalville. This is a great opportunity for a reliable and organised candidate looking for full-time work within a busy warehouse office environment.

The Role

As a Warehouse Admin, your duties may include:

- Booking stock in and out of the warehouse system

- Updating spreadsheets and internal records

- Processing paperwork accurately

- Liaising with warehouse teams, drivers, and supervisors

- Checking delivery notes and documentation

- Supporting general warehouse administration tasks

- Working in a fast-paced logistics environment

What We’re Looking For

Successful candidates must be able to:

- Work full-time hours

- Work rotating shifts: 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm

- Start immediately

- Travel reliably to Coalville

- Use a computer confidently

- Communicate clearly with warehouse and transport teams

- Complete a Drug & Alcohol Test if required

Previous warehouse admin, transport admin, logistics admin, or general administration experience would be highly beneficial, but some training will be provided

Pay & Benefits

- £13.71 per hour
