As Deputy Manager at

Toby Carvery - Downlands, you’ll support the General

Manager to lead a successful site. You’ll use your experience to inspire team

members, and work together to provide guests with an experience they won’t forget.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS DEPUTY MANAGER

YOU’LL…

Use your management experience to be an assistant to the
General Manager in the day to day running of the business.
Train and inspire
your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
Be the role model and guide development within your team.
Ensure our guests are cared for, being the host to life’s
memorable moments.
Strive towards and achieve business targets.
