Buckinghamshire College Group is looking for enthusiastic and compassionate

SEND Advocates to join our dynamic teams in

Amersham or High Wycombe. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a permanent, term-time only (38 weeks per year) role where you will support students to achieve their learning potential and inspire them to become independent, confident individuals. As a SEND Advocate, you will support students to access the curriculum, achieve their qualifications, and reach their full potential. You will provide tailored learning support to students in classrooms, workshops, and beyond - working 1:1 or in small groups. Collaboration with tutors and colleagues in SEND Support is key to delivering effective, personalised support. At BCG, we empower learners to become independent, confident individuals, preparing them for employment, further study, and adult life.

The full-time role is

37 hours per week. We are open to considering part time and job share positions.

If you are compassionate, empathetic and a strong communicator, we would love to hear from you. Experience working previously in SEND, including as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) is desirable but not essential.
