Summary

Join a global manufacturing leader. We are recruiting Assembly Operatives to manufacture high-reliability connectors, cable assemblies and interconnect systems used across demanding industries.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Assemble precision electrical connectors and cable assemblies to detailed engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications.

• Carry out in-process inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet exacting standards.

• Develop assembly, production, and inspection skills through structured training.

• Support production schedules and customer delivery requirements.

• Contribute to continuous improvement activities and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.

• Ability to Travel between Annesley and Mansfield is essential.

• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve production targets.

• Manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.

Permanent Position following a successful probationary period of a minimum 6 months

Monday to Friday

07:30 - 16:00

40 hours per week

compressed hours are available between 06:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday

£13.38 per hour Standard

Following the successful completion of a probation period you will qualify for a Monthly Bonus
