We’re looking for a talented individual to provide an exceptional business support service to our pupils, teachers and wider stakeholders. As a key member of our school’s business support team, your expertise will help to deliver an outstanding learning environment for our young people.
The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent organisational and specialist technical skills. You will have extensive experience of delivering outstanding customer service and possess the ability to develop relationships across our school and the Star community.
You will have:
• 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 9-4/A*- C.
• Experience of managing and developing school MIS software and data systems, such as Bromcom.
• Experience of producing accurate data for reporting and assessment.
• The ability to use MS Office software packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Access, as well as Explorer and databases.
• Knowledge of statutory data reporting requirements such as school census.
What the school offers its staff
Eden Girls’ Leadership Academy, Manchester is a Muslim faith-based secondary school for girls, which welcomes pupils from all faiths and none. We opened in Cheetham Hill in 2017 and moved to our new state-of-the-art campus in 2019. Like all Star schools, we have a leadership specialism.
We were rated as 'Good' overall by Ofsted during our first inspection in February 2022. In May 2026, the school was inspected under Ofsted’s new framework and ‘report card’ grading system (introduced in November 2025) and became the first school in the North West to be awarded ‘Exceptional’ – the highest grade – in all six areas.
